In a breathwork ceremony, we harness the power of the breath to cleanse the body from the inside out. A breathwork journey is a like an internal detox.

A reset. A rebirth.

We will use a form of powerful conscious connective breathing to flush the entire body with fresh Qi (life force), cleansing and purifying you from the inside out. This work will release stuck energies and emotions that are trapped in the body, and support us to let go of limiting beliefs that hold us back.

With a combination of breathwork, qi-gong, and sound healing, you will journey within to create powerful transformation, emotional release, to heal past trauma and find clarity of mind and spirit.

This journey will invite you to move, shake, sing, play, surrender and release a variety of emotions as they move through you. It will support you with letting go of pain, tension, limiting beliefs, and self doubt - for good!
