🌀 Weeks 1–2: Water
Emotional Release and Flow

You’ll begin by softening into your emotional body — giving yourself full permission to feel. Learn to feel deeply, release gently, and allow your emotions to move through you like waves.

Core Practices: Head to Heart Method, Conscious Connected Breath, and somatic movement

🌍 Weeks 3–4: Earth
Grounding and Stabilizing

Once you’ve accessed your emotions, it’s time to ground. Cultivate a deep sense of presence, safety, and stability as you anchor into your body and breath.

Core Practices: diaphragmatic breathing, 4-7-8 breath, and Yoga Nidra

🔥 Weeks 5–6: Fire
Empowerment and Transmutation

Transmute stuck energy into empowerment. Tap into your inner fire to move through fear, and awaken your voice, your boundaries, and your sense of purpose.

Core Practices: Breath of Fire, Bellows Breath, and EFT tapping

🌬 Weeks 7–8: Air
Expansion and Clarity

Create space, invite clarity, and breathe new life into your being. This is where lightness, inspiration, and energetic expansion arrive, helping you realign your thoughts and open up to higher perspectives.

Core Practices: Box Breathing, Breath of Joy, and Earth & Sky Release Meditation

🌌 Weeks 9–10: Ether
Integration and Alignment

Come home to your essence, connect with your highest self, and remember the wholeness that’s always been within you. Integrate everything you’ve awakened and connect with the deep, intuitive truth of who you really are.

Core Practices: Nadi Shodhana, Energy Rebirth Breathwork, and a Meet Your Higher Self guided meditation

You Might Be Wondering...

Q: How long are the live calls?
A: Each live group call is around 75–90 minutes and includes breathwork, emotional release tools, and space for connection and integration.

Q: What if I can’t make the live sessions?
A: No worries at all — every live session is recorded and uploaded within 24 hours. You can go through the practices on your own time and still receive the full benefit of the journey. The energy we work with is timeless — your presence and intention matter more than being live.

Q: Do I need prior experience with breathwork or emotional healing to join?
A: Not at all. This course is designed to meet you exactly where you are. All practices are explained and demonstrated, and you’ll be encouraged to listen to your body’s wisdom throughout. All you need is curiosity and a willingness to feel.

Q: How much time will I need to commit each week?
A: Plan to devote about 2 hours each week — 90 minutes for the live call (or replay), and around 30 minutes for your self-guided breathwork, movement, or integration practices.

But the true magic happens in the everyday moments you choose to return to yourself.

Even just 10–15 minutes a day of breathing with intention, tapping through emotions, or moving stagnant energy can shift your entire inner world. This course isn’t about hustle or perfection — it’s about choosing presence, again and again. If you show up for the work, it will meet you with real, embodied change.

Q: Will I have support throughout the course?
A: Yes. You’ll have access to a private online community space where you can share insights, ask questions, and receive guidance between sessions. Plus, I’ll be checking in regularly to offer support, reflections, and encouragement as you move through the journey.

Q: How is this different from other breathwork programs?
A: This isn’t just about learning techniques — it’s about embodied transformation. You’ll be guided through a wide range of evidence-based tools including EFT tapping, somatic movement, energy medicine, emotional release techniques, and a variety of breathwork styles. Every week is intentionally crafted to create real, tangible shifts — not just in your mind, but in your body and your life.

Meet Your Guide

Hi, I’m Rachel — a space holder, soul guide, and breathwork facilitator devoted to helping you come home to yourself.

For the past 8 years, I’ve walked alongside hundreds of humans as they’ve felt, released, and reclaimed the truth of who they are. My own healing journey taught me how to move through grief, fear, and self-doubt — and now I hold space for others to do the same.

I combine my background in education with years of training in somatic healing, life coaching, and multiple breathwork lineages (Holotropic, Soma, Wim Hof) to teach in a way that’s both grounded and transformational. I’ve developed my own signature method — Energy Rebirth Breathwork — which weaves together conscious breathing, movement, EFT tapping, sound, and emotional release to awaken the wisdom of the body.

My work is not about fixing you — it’s about helping you feel safe enough to be fully you.
